Planning a wedding should be a dream come true, but often it can turn into a chaotic tornado that puts you in a spin and leaves you wondering what just happened after the whole thing is over. Endless decisions, everyone’s opinions pushing and pulling you, questioning if you got the details right, and all that research to find the right vendors for the day. Sometimes it just doesn’t seem like there’s enough hours in a day.
Wouldn’t it be great if you could snap your fingers or wave a wand and your perfect wedding day would just magically happen instantaneously without all that work?
I know, I’d love that, too! Although it’s not instantaneous, it is possible to make it a fun, magical and stress-free experience where not only do you get to enjoy your special day, but also the process leading up to that day. That’s what I want for both of you!

full planning package
This package is designed for the busy couple who have a vision but always seem to find themselves saying or feeling, “I’m Late! I’m Late! For a very important date.” And need someone to use their magic wand of experience to help bring it all to life… (enters stage left) that’s where I come in. I will help make everything seem like a piece-of-cake, from vendor selection, scheduling meetings, handling logistics, creating a timeline, to tying in those details that make it uniquely-you.

partial planning package
This package is for the DIYers and adventurers out there who’ve already gotten started. You are looking for someone to tie it all together and manage the loose ends. From putting the final touches on the small details, ensuring your wedding day flows beautifully, handling logistics, vendor communications, to event management.

Coordination package
This package is perfect for those couples who have planned their dream wedding and just needs the final piece to the puzzle... a coordinator that will ensure that the crucial weeks leading up to the the wedding, and the big day, are stress-free and everything they dreamed it could be.

This intimate package is for those couples whose tight-knit friends and family group are their world. They still want the love story wedding of their dreams just with a smaller group of attendees.

What to expect on your wedding planning journey with me:
step one
consultation
It all begins with a complimentary consultation where you both are center stage. This is where we’ll talk about you, your story, and what you’re envisioning for your big day. Together, we will go over your specific needs and what service package is right for you. Afterwards, you’ll receive a proposal tailored for your needs for you to review.
step two
pre-wedding
Once the proposal is signed, and we celebrate the huge step you just made, we will start checking things off your wedding to do list. We will make sure you have the right vendor team selected for this quest, create a budget tracking sheet, detailed day of timeline, and make sure no element goes unseen to ensure everything is in order for your wedding day.
step three
wedding day!
Your wedding day is finally here! While you take the stage, I am behind the scenes ensuring that everything goes as smoothly as possible. I keep track of the timeline, assist vendors, take care of issues as they arise, get you and your attendants down the aisle, and make sure the end of the night clean-up is complete as you ride off into the sunset as newlyweds.
