Abagail from Elaborate Events was absolutely amazing to work with! We knew after our first inquiry meeting with her that we wanted to partner with her for our wedding. She has a warm personality that made it easy for us to open up to her about our vision for the wedding and it was evident that she cared about us as a couple. We hired her for her partial planning services and she truly kept us on track every step of the way while still helping us maintain our vision for our wedding. Not to mention we were planning our wedding from a different state so we greatly appreciated all of her meeting recaps, detailed checklists and spreadsheets, gentle nudges in the right direction, and smart tips and suggestions. She truly shined in vendor coordination and managing all the behind the scenes communication and details that helped ensure we would be able to enjoy our day with minimal interruptions. Her calm demeanor the day of our wedding is a reflection of her experience as a wedding planner and coordinator as we had some last minute curveballs and a fire alarm evacuation during the reception (don't worry the party still continued shortly after it!). Absolutely the best Wedding Coordinator out there. Abagail worked with us for 18 months planning our dream wedding, working on all the finer details and ensuring absolutely every detail was perfect.

She was a dream to work with, always extremely organized and prepared. Not only that, she came ready to talk us both down off the ledge when we were stressing about particular details. She served as both a coordinator and therapist at times, and did it with a professionalism and warmth that let us know she's really a special person.

Day of, she had two assistants Autumn and Chenda who worked tirelessly to execute the ambitious plan and really help make the wedding next-level in terms of production.

We weren't making a cookie-cutter wedding, we were making something that truly represented ourselves and our lives. Abagail, Autumn and Chenda all made that happen, and the date will live forever in all who experienced it.

Abagail is amazing. My husband and I couldn't have done our vow renewal without her. We even booked her after we'd done a lot. I'd already picked and booked a venue, gotten a dress, bought some fake flowers to arrange, found an officiant, picked where I wanted to get food catered from and where I wanted to order my cake. It was hard to know how to wrap it all together and I hadn't actually contacted either food place yet. There were also things I'd overlooked.

Realizing that I still lacked someone to oversee the day, when I saw that Connie (the owner of our venue, Starlight Meadows) recommend Abagail, I decided to reach out. Right away I was impressed with how kind and friendly Abagail was. She has an amazing smile and reassuring personality that right away started to put me at ease.

In our first meeting she helped me realizing I hadn't thought about music. My husband and I had barely given it a thought and I didn't realize that a DJ doesn't just play the music, but also makes the announcements and helps direct people. At this point my budget was a little more limited, but she was able to help me find someone within it. I'm so glad I followed her advice and got a DJ.

She also reached out to both Olive Garden and Cold Stone (the food places I'd picked) to learn what we needed to do to successfully order food from them. I hadn't even thought of asking Cold Stone about decorating my cake and if they had other options besides just cake, but Abagail asked for me. This lead to me having a beautifully decorated cake along with stunning ice cream cupcakes with flowers in my colors on top of them.

Abagail was so supportive of my husband and I and our ideas. She never made me feel judged, but instead showed genuine excitement for what we wanted to do. I clicked really well with her and enjoyed interacting with her. By the time our vow renewal happened, I felt like I'd just gained another friend at my event. Even though I hadn't met her assistant, Teralynn, before the event, I soon found her to also be really kind, hard working, and a pleasure to have around.

Abagail is the perfect event planner. Not only is she very friendly, but she's on top of everything and kept me on track. She is great at moving things forward while also not making it super stressful. Without her help, I know I would have been way more stressed. I’m so grateful that I was able to work with her. She helped make my dream come true and I'll forever be grateful for that.

Abagail was such an amazing event coordinator. She met with me every month to discuss wedding details and kept a detailed excel spreadsheet to help me keep track of everything. She was a great emotional support throughout the process and helped me with my confidence in my vision. On the day of, everything was perfect.
